Eva Segkou is an artist who resides in both London and the picturesque countryside of Devon in the UK. Her artwork draws inspiration from nature, as well as historical printmaking techniques like European etching and early Japanese woodblock prints, known as Ukiyo-e. She also finds inspiration in the timeless illustrations found in classic children's books. Eva's passion for child development led her to pursue an MA in Illustration (Authorial Practice) at Falmouth University in Cornwall in 2021 after her BA (Hons) degree in Illustration at Middlesex University in London in 2012.

Illustration Technique and Medium
